· 2 CANS CHUNK LIGHT TUNA, DRAINED

· 2 TBSP NONFAT GREEK YOGURT

· 3 TBSP RELISH, PICKLE DE GALLO OR DICED PICKLES

· ¼ RED ONION, DICED

· 2 TBSP LITE MAYO

· SALT

· PEPPER

· SEASONING OF CHOICE (I USE EVERYDAY SEASONING)

DIRECTIONS

1. DRAIN TUNA AND MIX WITH MAYO, GREEK YOGURT, RELISH, AND RED ONION

2. SEASON WITH SALT, PEPPER, AND SEASONING OF CHOICE
