· ¼ CUP PANKO
DIRECTIONS
1. SHRED ZUCCHINI & SQUEEZE ALL EXCESS LIQUID OUT
2. IN A LARGE BOWL, MIX ZUCCHINI, EGG, CHIVES, PARM, MOZZARELLA, AND GARLIC
3. MIX IN PANKO & FLOUR
4. DIVIDE MIXTURE EVENLY INTO 6 PORTIONS
5. FORM INTO PATTIES AND SPRAY FOIL IN AIR FRYER
