SIMPLE PASTA SALAD

INGREDIENTS
· 8 OZ PASTA OF CHOICE (I USE BARILLA PROTEIN PLUS ROTINI)
· ¾ LB UNCOOKED BROCCOLI, CHOPPED
· 8 OZ BABY CARROTS, DICED
· 6 OZ GRAPE TOMATOES, HALVED
· 2.5 OZ TURKEY PEPPERONI, CHOPPED
· 8 TBSP LITE ITALIAN DRESSING (I USE BOLTHOUSE FARMS)
DIRECTIONS
1. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ON BOX TO COOK PASTA
2. CHOP VEGGIES & TURKEY PEPPERONI
3. ONCE PASTA IS COOKED, RUN UNTIL COLD WATER TO COOL DOWN
4. TOSS WITH DRESSING
5. MIX IN VEGGIES AND PEPPERONI
6. ENJOY!
