· ½ CUP NONFAT GREEK YOGURT

· 40G LITE MAYO

· ½ ONION, DICED

· ½ BELL PEPPER, DICED

· SALT

· PEPPER

· SEASONING OF CHOICE (I LIKE GREEN GODDESS OR GARLIC HERB)

· OPTIONAL: RED SEEDLESS GRAPES

· OPTIONAL: 1 OZ PECANS, CHOPPED

DIRECTIONS

1. COMBINE CHICKEN, MAYO, YOGURT, PEPPER, AND ONION IN A BOWL

2. SEASON WITH SALT, PEPPER, AND SEASONING

3. OPTIONAL: ADD GRAPES AND CHOPPED PECANS
