AIR FRYER FRENCH TOAST BAKE


INGREDIENTS

· 1-2 SLICES BREAD OF CHOICE (I USED BRIOCHE)

· 1 EGG

· 1 ½ TBSP CASHEW MILK

· ½ TSP CINNAMON

· 2 TSP SWERVE BROWN SUGAR

· BUTTERY CINNAMON ROLL SEASONING

· BLUEBERRIES (FRESH OR FROZEN)

DIRECTIONS

1. IN A SMALL BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER EGG, MILK, CINNAMON & SWERVE

2. DICE UP SLICE(S) OF BREAD

3. SPRAY A 14 OZ RAMEKIN WITH COOKING SPRAY

4. ADD DICED BREAD

5. POUR EGG MIXTURE ON TOP AND MIX UNTIL COMBINED

6. ADD IN BLUEBERRIES & TOP WITH BUTTER CINNAMON ROLL SEASONING

7. AIR FRY AT 350 FOR 10 MINUTES, STIRRING HALF WAY
