· 1 TBSP DICED JALAPENO (OR 2 TBSP DICED GREEN CHILES)
· 1-2 TBSP LIME JUICE
· SALT
· PEPPER
DIRECTIONS
1. COMBINE ONION, CILANTRO, CORN, AND JALAPENO IN A LARGE BOWL
2. ADD SALT, PEPPER, AND LIME JUICE TO TASTE
3. SERVE ON CHIPOTLE BOWLS OR EVEN WITH CHIPS AND ENJOY!
