INGREDIENTS

· 2 EGGS

· ½ CUP MILK OF CHOICE (I USE CASHEW)

· SALT & PEPPER

· 12 OZ BAG FROZEN OKRA (FRESH ALSO WORKS)

· ½ CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

· ½ CUP CORNMEAL

· SEASONING OF CHOICE (I USE GARLIC HERB, BLACK PEPPER & SEA SALT)

DIRECTIONS

  1. WHISK TOGETHER EGGS, MILK AND SALT & PEPPER

  2. SOAK FROZEN OKRA IN LIQUID MIX FOR 10-15 MINS

  3. COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS IN A GALLON PLASTIC BAG

  4. STRAIN OKRA & ADD TO BAG OF DRY INGREDIENTS

  5. CLOSE BAG & SHAKE UNTIL OKRA IS COATED

  6. SPRAY SHEET OF TINFOIL WITH OLIVE OIL SPRAY AND LAY OUT OKRA

  7. AIR FRY FOR 15 MINUTES AT 370 MOVING AROUND HALFWAY THROUGH
