INGREDIENTS
· 1 BANANA, MASHED
· ½ CUP CASHEW MILK (OR MILK OF CHOICE)
· 2 EGGS
· 2 TSP VANILLA
· 1 SCOOP PROTEIN POWDER (I USE BLOOM)
· 2 TBSP MONK FRUIT SWEETENER
· 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
· 1 CUP OLD FASHIONED OATS
· ½ - 1 TSP CINNAMON
· FROZEN BERRIES
· CHOCOLATE CHIPS (I USE LILY’S)
DIRECTIONS
1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT BERRIES AND CHOCOLAT4E CHIPS) IN A BLENDER
2. DIVIDE BATTER INTO TWO 14 OZ RAMEKINS THAT HAVE BEEN SPRAYED WITH COOKING SPRAY (I USE THESE)
3. MIX IN FROZEN BERRIES AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS
4. BAKE AT 400 FOR 25-30 MINUTES
5. ENJOY!
This is the best blended baked oats that I have made! So filling and yummy.
