AIR FRYER BREADED BBQ CAULIFLOWER


INGREDIENTS

· 1 MEDIUM HEAD OF CAULIFLOWER

· 1 CUP ALMOND MILK

· ¾ CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

· SALT & PEPPER

· SEASONING OF CHOICE (I USED GARLIC SALT)

· BBQ SAUCE OR OTHER SAUCE OF CHOICE (BUFFALO, TERIYAKI, ETC.)

DIRECTIONS

1. CHOP CAULIFLOWER INTO BITE SIZE PIECES

2. WHISK TOGETHER ALMOND MILK, FLOUR, SALT, PEPPER AND ANY OTHER SEASONINGS

3. ADD CAULIFLOWER TO BATTER AND MIX UNTIL COATED

4. LINE AIR FRYER WITH FOIL (SPRAY WITH OLIVE OIL) AND STRAIN CAULIFLOWER FROM BATTER AS YOU PLACE IN THE AIR FRYER

5. AIR FRY FOR 18-20 MINUTES AT 375

6. LET COOL & TOSS IN SAUCE OF CHOICE (MY FAVORITE IS THIS BBQ SAUCE!)

7. ENJOY!
