INGREDIENTS

· 1 1/3 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

· 1 CUP NONFAT GREEK YOGURT

· 1 TSP BAKING POWDER

· 2 TBSP MONK FRUIT SWEETENER

· 2 TSP CINNAMON

DIRECTIONS

  1. MIX TOGETHER FLOUR, ½ TSP CINNAMON & BAKING POWDER

  2. COMBINE WITH GREEK YOGURT & LET SIT FOR 5 MINUTES

  3. WEIGH OUT 16 EVEN PORTIONS

  4. FORM EACH PRETZEL INTO A BALL OR SHAPE OF CHOICE

  5. BOIL BOUT 6-8 CUPS WATER WITH ¼ CUP BAKING SODA

  6. DROP PRETZELS BITES INTO WATER FOR 7-10 SECONDS THEN MOVE TO PARCHMENT PAPER

  7. SPRAY TIN FOIL WITH OLIVE OIL SPRAY & LAY OUR PRETZELS

  8. COMBINE CINNAMON & SWEETENER & SPRINKLE ON BOTH SIDES OF PRETZELS

  9. AIR FRY AT 370 FOR 15 MINUTES MOVING AROUND EVERY 5 MINUTES
