INGREDIENTS

· 1 LB 99% LEAN GROUND TURKEY

· 1 MEDIUM ONION, DICED (RED OR YELLOW)

· 1 BELL PEPPER, DICED

· 2 TBSP DICED JALAPENO (YOU CAN ADJUST BASED ON HOW SPICY YOU’D LIKE IT)

· 2 CHILI SEASONING PACKETS

· 1 CARTON OF CHICKEN BROTH

· 1 CAN DICED TOMATOES

· 1 CAN DICED FIRE ROASTED TOMATOES

· 1 CAN TOMATO SAUCE

· 1 CAN PINTO BEANS

· 1 CAN KIDNEY BEANS

· 1 CAN BLACK BEANS

· 1 CAN KERNEL CORN

· ADDITIONAL SPICES: SALT, PEPPER, CHILI POWDER, GARLIC SALT, CUMIN

DIRECTIONS

1. IN A LARGE POT, SPRAY NONSTICK OLIVE OIL SPRAY AND BEGIN COOKING THE GROUND TURKEY

2. ONCE THE TURKEY IS COOKED, TOSS IN THE BELL PEPPER, ONION AND JALAPENO

3. ONCE THE VEGGIES HAVE SOFTENED UP, ADD IN TWO PACKETS OF CHILI SEASONING AND CARTON OF CHICKEN BROTH

4. MIX IN TOMATOES, TOMATO SAUCE, BEANS AND CORN

5. ADD IN ANY ADDITIONAL SPICES TO TASTE AND CONTINUE TO STIR FOR 20-30 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT, COVERED.

6. PORTION OUT SERVINGS AND ENJOY! (I USUALLY DIVIDE INTO 8 EQUAL SERVINGS)
