INGREDIENTS
· 1 LB 99% LEAN GROUND TURKEY
· 1 EGG
· 1/3 CUP PANKO (I LIKE THE SRIRACHA SEASONED PANKO)
· 2 TSP SEASONING OF CHOICE (TODAY I USED THIS SEASONING)
· SALT
· PEPPER
DIRECTIONS
1. IN A BOWL, MIX TOGETHER GROUND TURKEY, EGG, PANKO, AND SEASONING UNTIL COMBINED
2. USING A SCALE, I DIVIDE THE MIX INTO 5 EVEN SERVINGS WEIGHED OUT IN GRAMS
3. FORM EACH PORTION INTO A BURGER PATTY
4. I COOK THE PATTIES FOR 4-5 MINUTES EACH SIDE ON THE GRILL OR ON THE STOVE IN A FRYING PAN
- I HAD THIS BURGER ON A CARB SMART BUN WITH A SLICE OF LIGHT HAVARTI CHEESE, ROMAINE LETTUCE, SLICED RED ONION, & NO SUGAR ADDED SWEET & SPICY BBQ SAUCE.
- ON THE SIDE, I HAD TRADER JOES VEGGIE BITES!
