GREEK RICE BOWL

INGREDIENTS
· 150G JASMINE RICE, COOKED
· 1 CHICKEN SAUSAGE, DICED
· 1 TURKEY BURGER, DICED (HOMEMADE USING 99% LEAN GROUND TURKEY)
· 1 CUP VEGGIE MIX (PEPPERS, ZUCCHINI, ONION)
· 3 TBSP GREEK YOGURT TZATZIKI
· ¼ CUP ROASTED RED PEPPERS, DICED
· ½ CUP ARTICHOKE HEARTS, HALVED
· 20G CRUMBLED FETA CHEESE
DIRECTIONS
1. MEASURE RICE IN BOWL (THESE ARE MY FAVORITE BOWLS TO USE!)
2. ADD CHICKEN SAUSAGE, TURKEY BURGER, AND PREMADE VEGGIE MIX
3. HEAT BOWL 2.5-3 MINUTES
4. ADD IN DICED RED PEPPERS, ARTICHOKES, TZATZIKI & FETA
5. ENJOY!
