I DRINK GREENS DAILY AND USUALLY CHOOSE TO HAVE THEM FIRST THING IN THE MORNING! YOU CAN DRINK THEM ANY TIME OF DAY AND SOMETIMES I HAVE THEM MULTIPLE TIMES IN A DAY IF I AM FEELING MORE BLOATED THAN NORMAL.  I DRINK THEM MAINLY TO HELP WITH BLOATING, DIGESTION, A NATURAL BOOST OF ENERGY AND A SERVING OF VEGGIES. GREENS DO NOT MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT BUT THEY HAVE HELPED ME STAY ON TRACK DURING MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY

I HAVE BEEN DRINKING COLLAGEN FROM THE BEGINNING OF MY JOURNEY BECAUSE I WANTED TO FOCUS ON THE HEALTH OF MY SKIN AND DECREASE THE EFFECTS OF LOOSE SKIN AND STRETCH MARKS.  I LIKE TO MIX COLLAGEN PEPTIDES IN MY COFFEE OR CHAI AND USUALLY DRINK THEM DAILY!

I LIKE TO USE THE CHOCOLATE OR VANILLA COLLAGEN PEPTIDES IN MY COFFEE. I ALSO LIKE TO USE THE COLLAGEN CREAMERS IF I AM GOING TO MAKE A HOT COFFEE

PROTEIN POWDER

I LIKE TO DRINK PRE WORKOUT BEFORE I GO TO THE GYM TO LIFT WEIGHTS. IT GIVES ME THE PERFECT AMOUNT OF CAFFEINE TO PUSH THROUGH MY WORKOUTS AND KEEP THE PERFECT ENERGY LEVEL. I PREFER THE BLOOM PRE WORKOUT BECAUSE IT DOES NOT GIVE ME AN ITCHY OR SHAKEY FEELING LIKE OTHER PRE WORKOUTS I’VE USED IN THE PAST.  I PREFER THE ORIGINAL BUT ALSO USE THE HIGH ENERGY FORMULA ONCE A WEEK WHEN I DO A HARDER LEG WORKOUT!

I LIKE TO USE PROTEIN POWDER IN A FEW DIFFERENT THINGS LIKE PROTEIN SHAKES, BAKED OATS AND OTHER BAKED GOODS! I DON’T USE PROTEIN POWDER EVERYDAY BUT IT IS A QUICK AND EASY WAY TO ADD A GOOD SERVING OF PROTEIN TO A POST WORKOUT MEAL!

THIS IS ANOTHER SUPPLEMENT THAT I DON’T DRINK EVERY DAY BUT I DO LIKE TO USE IT TO STAY A LITTLE MORE HYDRATED. I LIKE TO MIX A SCOOP WITH 16 OZ OF WATER AND BRING IT WITH ME HIKING OR FOR A LONG DAY OF SKATING! IT IS AN EASY AND FLAVORFUL WAY TO GET AMINO ACIDS TO HELP RECOVER AND REHYDRATE.
